The Hunger Games was the series that got me back into reading as a 20-something, and I'm really grateful it did! I've re-read and re-listened to it countless times, and I find myself wanting to see Katniss' success more more and more every time I read it. I enjoy that it stays dark and serious, yet still manages to inspire me to support the rebels of 12 (even before they know they're rebels). I also adore both Peeta and Gale, and I think the way the potential love interests were developed was really well-done.
