I wanted to love this, I really did. But it was so hard to read. I don’t know if it’s just that the writing style isn’t for me, or if it was just TOO descriptive with not enough actually happening. I feel like the story would be a really interesting detective tv show, but reading this truly felt like WORK. If I hadn’t been so invested in the story and figuring out what the heck happened to Kier, I wouldn’t DNF’d this. I had fun trying to put all the pieces together and figure it out!
