This took me foreverrrrrr to get into. Basically a single mom moves to a new area and immediately ends up enamored by a local pediatrician…whose wife mysteriously disappeared.Oh and a lot of people think he had something to do with it.It really picks up at about 50% and I flew through it after that. The twist at the end was v unexpected, and I feel the story wrapped up in a really satisfying way. Thank you Poisoned Pen Press & Netgalley for the ARC copy of this book.
