Sometimes the characters' faces were so different from panel to panel that only the costumes they're wearing and their dialogue make it clear who they are. David Marcus's hair even switches color from light blond to dark auburn a few times in between panels. It's always hard for illustrators who are doing a comic based on real people, however it's not impossible to do well.
