4.5⭐️ this was SO good. Alice Feeney writes truly beautiful thrillers (which feels like an odd combo, but I really appreciate it). This one was fast paced, kept me on my toes the whole time, very well written, and had a satisfying conclusion. I read this in basically one sitting. Couldn’t put it down. My only issue was the multiple sexual scenes. They’re all fade to black but there was a section of the book that had soooo many sensual scenes that faded to black. I just never need that in a thriller lol.
