I just want to note, it took me so long to read this because I’ve been struggling to read ANYTHING this month, not because of the book itself. This book was fantastic.
I love Nolan & Indy so much. It was a strange experience because in the first book, I related to the fmc, Shay, on a very personal level. So the journey and the healing all felt like I was experiencing it too. In this book, I didn’t relate to Indy or her story at all. I still loved getting to go along for the ride, though. Nolan & Indy are a unique couple. Wild & rowdy & passionate. This felt like watching a movie. Imagine if Footloose & Sweet Home Alabama had a baby = this would be it
