3.5⭐️This was fun, easy to read (or listen to in this case), and felt like the perfect beach book. It reminded me of Mamma Mia with the settings and complicated family dynamics, and I loved that!! The friendship in this was sweet and heartfelt and the plot kept me hooked the whole time.The only place this book fell short for me was with the romance aspect. Idk if it was just spread too thin between multiple couples or undeveloped, but I never really bought any of the stories or got very invested in them.Overall this was a fun read and I think it’ll be great for summertime or vacation! Side note: there are no open door intimate scenes, but sex is referenced a few times throughout.Thank you NetGalley for sending me an ARC audio version of this book 🤗
