As LitRPGs go, this one is a BLAST. Dan as a dungeon-delver-made-entrepreneur sets up a lot of hysterical hijinx, and I love his ridiculous companion, Croc the genderless mimic-dog.This reads like something inspired by the likes of Dungeon Crawler Carl but manages to be an ENTIRELY different experience. I can see why folks make the comparison, but James Hunter does a great job of differentiating the story he's telling and not just re-hashing the same thing over.Other than Dan and Croc, the characters are a bit less memorable on the whole than I've noticed from some other LitRPGs.Very happy with this one, and I'm excited to read book 3 soon! (Reviewing after finishing book 2, which was also a lot of fun.)
