Details
New York City mayor Mitchell Hundred thinks he's dealt with the ghosts of his super-heroic past, until an eco-terrorist kills a newspaper editor and blames The Great Machine for inciting the act. Then his archenemy, Pherson, seemingly returns with a plan to disrupt the December 2004 ball drop in Times Square. But first, Hundred must deal with the scariest visitors yet, as comics creators invade the Mayor's office to apply for a job as his biographers!
