Endorsement: The Coal Miner’s Niece is up to par with the likes of Francine Rivers’ Redeeming Love. Robbins managed to break my heart and heal it again in one singular book, largely due to her ability to craft believable characters who must endure unbelievable circumstances. I recommend that anyone who enjoys historical fiction and is interested in an in-depth look at humanity read this book!
