A satisfying, bittersweet ending to what will go down as one of my favorite series of all time. It didn’t contain as many big moments as Shadow’s Edge, but it had my heart pumping as I learned the outcome of some of my favorite characters in all of media (Logan & Vi most of all). It wasn’t perfect. The prose was often clunky & the plot connected loosely, but I can overlook those things when I love the characters. And Weeks did that better than I could have hoped. After three books in this world, I’m excited to read the prequel & the sequel, so that shows just how-well created it truly is.
